Our rooms are very diverse, ranging from huge, open spaces with lots of light to small, cave-like rooms with no windows at all. The little review of each of our spaces below are the basis of the Craigslist Ads we post.

This is a "live instrument" bedroom/rehearsal space which allows 1 (one) musician to practice in their room noon-11pm, and is suitable for drums, pianos, brass and other loud instruments. This space (#100-A) is a ground floor space, 12'x12' with a 9' ceiling. It has three small windows, and office style fluorescent fixtures installed.
This space (#300-a) is a small room, 9'x12' with a 10' ceiling. This is a "live instrument" room allows musicians to practice in their room noon-11pm, and is suitable for drums, pianos, brass and other loud instruments. This room has two sets of windows which do NOT open and is freshly painted. This space (#300-b) is a small room, 9'x12' with a 10' ceiling.
